Shipping policy

Orders ship from our warehouse located in Kissimmee, FL. Orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed. Once orders are shipped you will receive a notification as well as tracking information.

Based on the product ordered and shipping option will determine the number of days to arrive depending on where you live. Our HOW Cue Tips ship via USPS first class mail with tracking number. Our Andy Cloth will ship either UPS/FedEx ground with tracking number.
